About Abigail Posner

Data got smarter. Humanness got more valuable. That's not a coincidence.

Abigail Posner has spent her career inside some of the most powerful institutions in the world — Harvard, Google, the world's top ad agencies — and kept arriving at the same unsettling conclusion: most people are operating at a fraction of who they actually are.

So she decided to do something about it.

The Human Code Opportunity

Here's the paradox of our moment: we have access to the most powerful technology in human history and we've never felt more replaceable.

The problem isn't AI. The problem is that most leaders have been conditioned to minimize the very things that make them irreplaceable — their unique perspective, creative instincts, and the full, expansive range of who they are.

Abigail helps leaders unlock their Human Code: the art of showing up with more originality, more impact, and an edge that is entirely, unmistakably yours.

FROM ANTHROPOLOGY TO ADVERTISING TO GOOGLE

Abigail didn't start in tech. She started studying people — earning a magna cum laude degree from Harvard in social anthropology, driven by one question: why do humans do what they do?

That lens proved to be the most disruptive thing she ever brought into a boardroom.

Before Google, she shaped brand identities and communications as EVP of Brand Strategy at Publicis New York and Strategy Team Director at DDB New York. She was already asking the deeper questions. Then Google called.

13 YEARS INSIDE THE MACHINE

For 13 years as Director of U.S. Creative Works at Google, Abigail brought cultural anthropology to the data and technology — leading a team crafting AI-powered strategies for YouTube's top global advertisers and guiding a cultural transformation for Google's 4,000+ sales professionals.

Her most pioneering work? Humanizing Digital — exploring our emotional relationship with technology. While everyone asked "what can tech do?", Abigail asked "what does tech do to us?" The business world is only now catching up.

She spent 13 years at the center of AI and data — and came out more convinced than ever that humanness is the ultimate edge.

THE HUMAN BEHIND HUMAN CODE

Abigail lives in New York City, where she raised three adult children — and turned a lifelong habit of asking "but why, though?" into a career, a company, and a genuinely good time at dinner parties.

WHAT SHE DOES NOW

Abigail founded the Human Code Company to take this work further — helping leaders harness their humanness alongside AI to create impact that's unmistakably theirs. She authors the Human Code newsletter, hosts the Human Code podcast, writes for The Drum, and speaks at business gatherings worldwide.

Because in a world powered by AI, the most sophisticated technology you have is you. And that's worth everything.
